How We Use It
To run matchmaking, surface relevant pitches, power chat and meetings, send transactional and product update emails, prevent abuse, and improve the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.
What We Share
Profile fields you mark public are visible to matched counterparties. Data room contents are shared only with users you grant access to. Service providers (hosting, email, analytics) process data on our behalf under strict agreements.
Data Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Row-level security isolates accounts at the database layer. Secrets and keys are stored in a managed vault and rotated periodically.
Cookies & Analytics
We use first-party cookies for authentication and a small set of privacy-respecting analytics events to understand product usage. No advertising trackers.
Your Rights
You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by emailing us. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
