Access is reserved for founders building venture-scale companies and accredited or professional investors. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is truthful, that you have authority to represent the entity you list, and that you are at least 18 years old.
You agree to use the platform in good faith: no scraping, no automated outreach, no misrepresentation, and no soliciting users outside of the intended matchmaking flow. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules or community standards.
All content you upload — pitch videos, decks, data room documents — remains your property. By uploading you grant Blind Business Show a limited license to display that content to matched counterparties strictly for the purpose of evaluating an opportunity.
Materials shared inside the data room are confidential. Recipients agree not to redistribute, copy, or use them outside of the diligence context. We surface access logs so you always know who has viewed what.
We encrypt data in transit and at rest, isolate tenants at the database layer with row-level security, and follow industry best practices for credentials and secrets. You remain responsible for keeping your login secure.
